Pinnacle Mines Ltd. is a Canadian based mineral exploration and development company whose primary assets are located in Canada with options to currently acquire an interest in two key projects in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico.

In Canada, Pinnacle holds properties in Northwestern British Columbia, in proximity to numerous past and producing mines including the Silbak-Premier Mine and Barrick Gold’s famed Eskay Creek Mine. In Mexico, Pinnacle’s current focus is on the La Calavera and Rio Minas properties located approximately 65 kilometers southeast of Oaxaca City.

Pinnacle is overseen by an international based board of directors each well experienced in the fields of geology, engineering and public company management and finance.  In addition, Pinnacle’s senior management and consulting geologists have been active in mineral exploration for over 30 years.  Two of the six board members are senior mining engineers who have been credited with the development of mines worldwide.   Two other directors are senior management with China’s largest gold, copper and non-ferrous metals producer, Zijin Mining Group Co. Ltd., a Hong Kong Stock Exchange traded public company which is ranked among the top ten gold producers in the world. Zijin also is Pinnacle’s largest single shareholder, currently holding approximately12% of the Company’s issued stock.

While Pinnacle’s roots began in British Columbia, Canada, where excellent properties in the northwest sector of the province are currently being explored and developed, during 2007 the Company branched out to acquire interests in Latin America. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Minera Pinnacle de Mexico S.A. de C.V., the Company is currently drilling and exploring two properties in Mexico with the intention of possibly expanding it’s property portfolio and exploration activities in the country.
